Important Cleaning Policy
We will not move any heavy items.
3-level step stool height maximum only.
All areas are expected to be free of clutter before cleaning begins.
Disassembly of any items and/or fixtures to clean is not included.
We are NOT responsible for damage due to faulty or improper installation of any item.
All important items should be put away prior to cleaning to prevent accidents.
All dogs or other pets should be secured during cleanings — we are NOT responsible for their care if left out.
We will not clean or remove anything that is a biohazard or infestation (human/animal waste, blood, mold, insects, etc.).
We do not offer refunds, but we guarantee to return and correct any issues caused by cleaners hired through West Best Cleaning Services.
West Best Cleaning Services does NOT guarantee the removal of stains such as rust, mildew, or those caused by hard water build-up or lack of maintenance.
All clients have 24 hours to contact West Best Cleaning Services with any issues or complaints. After 24 hours, all clients accept that we are not held accountable.
